About us

SG Aircon is a home energy and comfort installer based at 33 Vanderbilt Ave, Truganina VIC 3029, serving Melbourne and Victoria. We are direct installers and work with accredited providers to deliver government rebates.

Our services

We supply and install rebate-eligible upgrades including reverse-cycle air conditioning, heat-pump hot water, solar and battery, and efficient heating, along with related plumbing and water filtration. Details, availability and suitability are confirmed on inspection of your home.

Government rebates

Government rebates (including Victorian Energy Upgrades, Solar Victoria and federal incentives) are administered by the relevant government bodies and accredited providers, not by us. Eligibility rules, product lists and rebate amounts are set by those programs and can change or end at any time. We will confirm the rebates your property appears eligible for before work begins, but we do not guarantee any particular rebate or amount, and final eligibility is determined by the relevant program and provider.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information available and are subject to an on-site assessment. Any rebate shown as applied to a quote depends on your property meeting the relevant program requirements. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 30 days if no period is stated.

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (including by email or message). If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us reasonable notice. Fees may apply for missed appointments or work already commenced or ordered.

Workmanship and warranties

We carry out installations to the applicable standards. Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty, and we provide a workmanship warranty as advised for your job. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which applies to our goods and services and cannot be excluded.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property and accurate information about it. Some upgrades may require adequate electrical capacity or other site conditions, which we will discuss with you.

Website use

This website and its content are owned by or licensed to us. You may use it for your own information and to contact us, but not copy or reuse it commercially without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant it is always complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability for our goods and services is as set out in the Australian Consumer Law and any warranty we provide.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
